Roles & Responsibilities
Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Write engaging captions, headlines, and hashtags.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams.
Monitor social media analytics, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Prepare daily work reports and monthly performance summaries.
Follow content approval procedures, company policies, and project deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Required Skills
Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing.




Positive communication and content-writing skills.
Creativity, time management, and teamwork.
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools is an advantage.
