ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor daily cinema operations and assist the Duty Manager.
Ensure auditorium cleanliness and readiness before every show.
Supervise Service Associates and ensure proper grooming and discipline.
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Monitor ticketing, food and beverage counters, and guest services.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Report operational issues, incidents, and staff-related concerns to the Duty Manager.
Maintain smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
