We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage online orders, returns, product listings, and day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Experience with e-commerce platforms will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage online selling platforms and orders.
Handle product listings, inventory, and regular updates.
Monitor orders, returns, refunds, and replacements.
Coordinate with marketplaces and internal teams for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of returns and inventory.
Resolve order and return-related issues.
Prepare daily e-commerce reports and updates.
Requirements
Experience with e-commerce platforms preferred.
Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
