Job Title: Senior Engineer / Associate Manager Estimation

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for civil, finishing, interior, and infrastructure works.
Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Perform rate analysis based on DSR, CPWD, and prevailing market rates.
Prepare project budgets, tender estimates, and commercial proposals.
Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations and support commercial negotiations.
Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Planning, and Execution teams.
Identify cost optimization and value engineering prospects.
Review estimates and guide junior team members, as applicable.

Eligibility:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
3–8 years of experience in estimation and costing within real estate/construction.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.
Solid analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Team handling experience preferred for Associate Manager.
