We are expanding our presence across leading Indian marketplaces and are looking for a agile E-commerce Manager to drive growth and performance.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven E-commerce Manager to manage and scale our presence on domestic platforms including Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, optimizing product listings, managing platform relationships, and executing growth strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
Manage end-to-end operations for Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and Flipkart seller accounts
Ensure smooth product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and inventory management
Coordinate with platform account managers for growth opportunities and campaigns

Sales & Performance
Drive revenue growth across all domestic marketplaces
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and KPIs
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and average order value

Catalog & Content Optimization
Optimize product listings with high-quality images, SEO-friendly titles,



and descriptions
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Manage product launches and seasonal updates

Marketing & Promotions
Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns (sales, deals, discounts)
Collaborate with marketing teams for visibility campaigns
Manage ad spends and ROI on platform ads

Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze marketplace data, trends, and competitor activities
Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights
Use analytics to optimize pricing and promotions

Vendor & Relationship Management
Maintain robust relationships with marketplace account managers
Stay updated on platform policies, algorithm changes, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Hands-on experience with Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and Flipkart seller panels
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
Understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing
Excellent communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
