General Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Second Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch activities, coordinate vehicle movements, maintain dispatch documentation, and ensure the timely delivery of finished goods to customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely shipment of finished goods.
Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other relevant records, as applicable.
Coordinate with the warehouse, production, sales, transporters, and logistics teams.
Arrange vehicles and follow up with transporters for timely placement and delivery.
Verify product quantities, item details, and dispatch documents before shipment.
Update dispatch details in the company's software or Excel sheets.
Maintain dispatch registers, vehicle details, and delivery records.
Track shipments and follow up on pending deliveries.




Ensure proper loading coordination and adherence to safety procedures.
Report dispatch delays, shortages, damages, or documentation issues to the reporting manager.
Maintain accurate records and support stock reconciliation when required.

Qualification
Any Graduate.

Experience
Freshers or candidates with relevant dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or documentation experience may apply.

Required Skills
Basic computer operating knowledge.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
Hindi-speaking ability will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Organized, disciplined, and responsible.
Able to coordinate with transporters, warehouse staff, and internal departments.
Capable of maintaining accurate dispatch records and handling multiple dispatches.
