Role & responsibilities
Ensure 100% compliance with HSE, GMP, cGMP, and GDP requirements.
Maintain uninterrupted operation of HVAC systems, ventilation units, cold rooms, deep freezers, and refrigeration equipment.
Execute and monitor preventive maintenance activities as per approved schedules and checklists.
Monitor HVAC and ventilation system performance and ensure all parameters are maintained within specified limits.
Support internal and external audits and ensure timely compliance closure.
Coordinate with QA for preparation and revision of SOPs, formats, and documentation.
Monitor critical spare inventory and coordinate procurement activities with the Purchase Department.
Manage maintenance budgets and ensure effective cost control.




Ensure timely execution and closure of maintenance work orders through the online maintenance system.
Maintain all maintenance records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and uptime.
Implement energy conservation and cost-saving projects.
Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure proper housekeeping in technical areas, AHUs, and utility sections.
Conduct regular technical training programs for technicians and maintenance staff.
Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
