Event Management Intern

Location: MG Road, Bangalore

About the Role:

We’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Management Intern to help bring our events to life from concept to execution. You’ll gain hands-on experience in planning, coordination, and on-ground event operations while working alongside a dynamic creative team.

Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events
Support logistics, vendor coordination, and client communication
Help with event marketing, social media promotions, content creation, and outreach
Provide on-site assistance during events, ensuring smooth execution
Collaborate with the creative and production teams for ideation and setup
Manage timelines, checklists,



and coordination between teams

Requirements:
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Passion for events, creativity, and experiential marketing
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

This is a hybrid type, both work from home and will require to be in office most days. Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
