About the Role

We are looking for a Fabric Store Coordinator to handle order coordination, quotation preparation, and vendor management for our fabric store. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a fabric shop or furnishing store and have a good understanding of fabrics and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and record customer orders accurately.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate the required fabric/materials accordingly.
Prepare and share quotations based on fabric selections, quantities, and pricing.
Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, pricing, orders, and deliveries.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
Maintain and update vendor details, pricing, quotations, and order records.
Coordinate between customers, vendors, and the internal team to ensure smooth order processing.
Follow up on pending quotations, orders, and deliveries.




Maintain accurate data entry and documentation related to orders and quotations.
Ensure all order and quotation details are properly recorded and updated.

Mandatory Requirements
Previous experience in a fabric shop/store is mandatory.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Valuable knowledge of fabrics and furnishing materials.
Experience in quotation preparation and order handling.
Good vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
Good typing and data-entry skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple orders and follow up on timelines.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and good at communication and follow-ups, with practical experience in a fabric shop. The candidate should be comfortable handling customer orders, preparing quotations, and coordinating with multiple vendors. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
