About the Role

Zorba Estates is looking for a Documentation Executive to handle property documentation, sale deed drafting, legal verification, client follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams and legal specialists.

Key Responsibilities
Draft and review sale deeds and other property-related documents.
Conduct legal checks and verify property documents.
Follow up with clients, buyers, sellers, and property owners.
Coordinate with legal professionals to complete documentation.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth property transactions.
Maintain proper records of property documents and agreements.
Ensure documents are accurate and completed on time.

Requirements
Any degree is required.




6 months to 4 years of relevant experience.
Positive knowledge of sale deed drafting and property documentation.
Understanding of property legal verification and documentation procedures.
Positive communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
