Roles and Responsibilities
Teach English to 1st and 2nd PUC students.
Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom sessions.
Explain grammar, prose, poetry, and writing skills as per the prescribed syllabus.
Help students improve their reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
Conduct assessments, evaluate assignments, and monitor student progress.
Support students in preparing for board examinations.
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active student participation.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: M.A. in English is preferred; candidates with a relevant postgraduate degree may apply.
B.Ed. qualification will be an added advantage.
Prior teaching experience in a PU College is preferred.
Excellent English communication and classroom management skills.
Freshers with robust subject knowledge may also apply.
