Job Summary We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive business growth in assigned territories. The role involves visiting clients, identifying new prospects, and promoting company products/services while maintaining solid customer relationships.

Both freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of field sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.
Conduct regular field visits to meet customers and promote company products/services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide product information and resolve customer queries.
Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
Submit daily sales reports and visit reports to the reporting manager.




Coordinate internally for order processing and delivery follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria

Education
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

For Freshers
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.
Basic understanding of sales or marketing is an advantage.

For Experienced Candidates (1–3 Years)
1–3 years of experience in field sales / technical sales / B2B sales preferred.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Experience in achieving sales targets and managing territories.

Salary
Freshers: Up to ₹20,000 per month
1–3 Year Experience: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

TA/DA Policy

Travel Allowance (TA)
Two-wheeler: ₹4 per km
Maximum reimbursement: ₹5,000 per month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
