Job Responsibilities
Teach English language, grammar, literature, reading, writing, and communication skills according to the prescribed curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, assignments, and teaching materials.
Improve students’ spoken English, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing skills.
Conduct regular tests, examinations, and assessments to monitor student progress.
Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment.
Provide individual attention and support to students who need additional help.
Encourage students to participate in debates, speeches, reading activities, and other language-based events.
Maintain academic records and communicate students’ progress to parents and school management.
Follow school policies and participate in meetings, training sessions, and other academic activities.

Eligibility Criteria




Graduate or Postgraduate in English or a relevant subject.
B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred.
Prior teaching experience preferred; freshers with good communication and teaching skills may also apply.
Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory.
Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills
Fluency in English speaking, reading, and writing.
Valuable pronunciation and grammar knowledge.
Effective teaching and student engagement skills.
Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and simplify difficult topics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
