Achieve call quality, customer satisfaction, and performance targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a domestic voice process.
Candidates with life insurance experience are preferred.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Valuable problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
