Shri Sai College of Nursing and Paramedical is looking for a dedicated and qualified Psychology Faculty to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality classroom teaching, supporting students academically, and contributing to a disciplined and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and effective lectures in Psychology for nursing and paramedical students.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, and other academic resources.
Explain psychological concepts, theories, and applications in a transparent and practical manner.
Conduct tutorials, discussions, assessments, assignments, and internal examinations.
Evaluate students’ academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain attendance, academic records, lesson plans, and other required documentation.
Guide and support students in their academic development.
Participate in faculty meetings, academic activities, workshops, seminars, and institutional events.
Coordinate with the academic and administrative team for smooth academic operations.
Maintain professional discipline, punctuality,



and a student-focused approach.
Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the management.

Eligibility Criteria
Master’s Degree in Psychology from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a college, university, nursing college, paramedical institute, or similar academic institution.
Solid subject knowledge and valuable classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively with students and faculty members.
Candidates with experience teaching Psychology to Nursing/Paramedical students will be preferred.

Salary: Negotiable, based on qualification and experience. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
