We are hiring Field Sales Officers for a growing fintech/NBFC focused on Loan Against Property (LAP). This is a field-intensive, target-driven role based across our branch network in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities
Drive LAP sales and customer acquisition through field sales.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
Build and manage customer and channel relationships.
Achieve monthly disbursement targets.
