Role & responsibilities
Work directly with the founders on high-priority strategic and business problems.
Conduct market research, customer research and competitive analysis to identify current opportunities.
Build market sizing, business cases, financial models, unit economics and scenario analyses.
Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities across geographies, customer segments, categories and channels.
Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies, including positioning, pricing, sales playbooks and launches.
Prepare concise, data-driven presentations and strategic memos for senior leadership.
Support strategic partnerships, acquisitions and other corporate development initiatives.
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, HR and Design to drive execution.
Track initiatives from strategy through implementation and ensure closure on key actions.
Support founders in preparing for investor meetings, major client pitches and other strategic external engagements.

What We Are Looking For

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in ambiguous and rapid-moving situations.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
High ownership with a strong bias toward action and execution.
Ability to translate complex problems into transparent recommendations and actionable plans.
Comfort working directly with founders and senior leadership.
