Rangmanch Farms is a 20+ acre resort and events venue near Gurugram. We host weddings, corporate events and day outings round the year. We are hiring an F&B; Captain to lead our steward team during functions and events and for our various dining restaurants.

What you will do
Lead a team of stewards during outings, banquets and weddings
Set up stations, tables and buffet counters before each function as per the service plan
Supervise service during the function buffet refills, guest requests, VIP tables, cleanliness
Coordinate with the kitchen for refills and timing
Brief the stewards before every function — grooming, stations, responsibilities — and train recent team members on our SOPs
Close down after the function: equipment counts, breakage report, store handover

Who should apply
3–6 years in F&B; service, with at least 1 year as a captain or senior steward
Banquet and buffet service experience — hotel, banquet hall, resort or caterer
Valuable Hindi; basic English
6 days a week. Weekends and event days are working days; weekly off on a weekday.
