Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to manage the end-to-end finance and accounting functions , ensuring accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and audits .
Manage accounts payable, receivables, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
Prepare MIS reports, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and other financial reports .
Manage month-end/year-end closing and ensure timely financial reporting.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants,



and regulatory authorities.
Monitor budgets, expenses, cash flow, and financial controls.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:
CA / CA Inter CMA / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
10+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, audits, statutory compliance, and MIS.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Robust analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
