We are looking for a HR Recruiting Officer is responsible for managing the recruitment process, identifying suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring the organization hires qualified employees within the required timeframe

Job Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Identify and source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, communication skills, salary expectations, and availability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and technical teams.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and selection status.
Discuss salary expectations, notice periods, and joining dates with shortlisted candidates.
Prepare and coordinate job offers, appointment letters, and other recruitment-related documentation.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
Support the onboarding process by coordinating documentation and joining formalities.




Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Monitor recruitment progress and ensure positions are filled within the targeted timeframe.
Maintain recruitment reports, interview records, and hiring metrics.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
