Air Export Operations and Customer Service• Serve as the primary contact point for assigned customers, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Receive, verify, and process customer orders before handing them over to Operations.
Update and track shipment status proactively, ensuring transparency and a customer centric service approach.
Handle customer inquiries, special requests, irregularities, and complaints in a timely and qualified manner.
Arrange for space bookings on aircraft and monitor shipments throughout the transit process.
Prepare necessary shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
Support the billing process for shipments.
