CyberBee Academy is looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for working with people.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management.
Maintain employee records and HR-related documents.
Handle employee communication, queries, and day-to-day HR activities.
Prepare employment agreements, offer letters, and other HR documents.
Coordinate with management and different departments to support organizational goals.
Monitor employee performance and assist with performance reviews.
Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Freshers with relevant skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
