Job Title: Finance Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Accounts Manager

Experience: 1–3 Years (as per company requirements)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily financial transactions, accounting entries, and financial records.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and process customer invoices, vendor bills, and payment vouchers.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and outstanding payments.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
Support GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain records of purchase orders, sales invoices, receipts, and payments.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and internal departments.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.




Ensure timely processing of employee reimbursements and business expenses.
Support internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial procedures.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Prime or ERP systems.
Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
