HOST / HOSTESS

Location: Dhe Puttu, Chennai

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Host/Hostess to welcome guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and greet guests warmly.
Manage reservations and guest seating.
Guide guests to their tables.
Coordinate with the service team for smooth seating arrangements.
Handle guest enquiries and assist with special requests.
Manage waiting lists during busy hours.
Maintain a skilled appearance and welcoming atmosphere.
Ensure guest satisfaction and a positive first impression.

REQUIREMENTS
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to handle guests politely and efficiently.
Previous hospitality experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
