Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Hotel Accountant to manage accounting records, daily transactions, billing, reconciliations, and financial documentation for hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
Manage hotel billing, invoices, and payment documentation.
Reconcile cash, bank transactions, and daily collections.
Verify vendor invoices and process payments.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Coordinate with departments for expense and revenue records.




Assist in payroll and employee expense documentation.
Maintain GST-related records and support tax compliance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Assist with audits and financial reconciliations.
