Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented FMCG Marketing Executive to support sales growth, market expansion, distributor/dealer relationships, and product promotion.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for FMCG products.
Visit retailers, distributors, dealers, and market areas regularly.
Generate recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Maintain robust relationships with distributors and retailers.
Promote products and ensure proper product visibility in the market.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
Collect market feedback and share reports with management.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve product availability and sales.




Ensure proper execution of promotional campaigns and schemes.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing will be an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales/marketing preferred.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of local markets.
Comfortable with field work and market visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Incentives

Salary can be negotiated based on experience and company norms.
