Must-Have Skills
46 years of experience in GCP / Cloud Engineering / Data Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with BigQuery.
Positive expertise in dbt and data transformation/modeling.
Robust understanding of GCP services, cloud architecture, IAM, networking, monitoring, and security.
Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge.
Experience with cloud performance tuning, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
Robust communication and client-facing consulting skills.
Ability to independently lead technical discussions and provide recommendations to clients.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

Good to Have
Experience with Python and data engineering frameworks.
Knowledge of Cloud Composer/Airflow, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and related GCP services.
Exposure to CI/CD, Terraform/IaC, DevOps practices, and cloud governance.
Experience working in an IT consulting / professional services environment.
GCP certification would be an advantage.
