Prepare GRNs for imported and domestic electronic components, PCBs, and other EMS materials.
Verify materials against Purchase Orders, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
Handle import documents, including Air Waybill (AWB), Bill of Entry (BOE), and other customs-related documents.
Coordinate with customs brokers (CHA), courier agencies, suppliers, and internal teams for import clearance and material delivery.
Verify part numbers, quantities, batch numbers, and date codes.
Identify and report shortages, damages, and documentation discrepancies.
Update GRN registers, ERP systems, and inventory records.
Reconcile GRNs with purchase orders, supplier invoices, and stock records.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
