About the Role

Maverick Power Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting, taxation and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records and timely statutory filings.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations in Tally
Prepare and finalize balance sheets, P&L; statements and other financial reports
Handle GST compliance, including monthly/quarterly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation and annual returns
Calculate, deduct and deposit TDS; file TDS returns and issue certificates on time
Maintain ledgers, bank reconciliations and vendor/customer accounts
Monitor cash flow, budgets and expense control




Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants during audits and assessments
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Provide timely MIS reports to management for decision-making

Preferred Candidate Profile
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification; CA Inter preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting & Finance
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
Positive understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax laws
Robust analytical, organizational and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
