Role Description This is a full-time, in office Graduate role based in Gandhinagar. The graduate will support mining operations through data collection, analysis, and reporting on day to day a ctivites.

Qualifications
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and prepare clear reports.
Foundational knowledge of mining, geology, mineral processing, or related engineering disciplines.
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn industry-specific tools.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Attention to safety, environmental responsibility, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar, including in field or operational environments as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt to recent challenges, and build a long-term career in the mining industry.
