Safiya Group is looking for a HR Executive specializing in payroll and statutory requirements, the role focuses on ensuring accurate employee compensation and strict adherence to Indian labour laws across its various branches, such as those in Kerala

Job Summary The HR Executive will manage end-to-end payroll operations and maintain 100% statutory compliance for the group's diversified business interests, including travel services and recruitment. This role requires a blend of financial precision and deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks to minimize legal risks and ensure timely disbursements.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration: Manage monthly payroll processing, including data collection, calculation of gross/net pay, and handling deductions for attendance, overtime, and leaves.
Statutory Filings: Ensure timely deposit and filing of returns for EPF, ESIC, Qualified Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
Compliance Management:



Maintain all mandatory statutory registers.
Audit & Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS reports, reconcile payroll data with the general ledger.
Employee Support: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for employee queries related to staff
Staff engagement activity

Core Competencies
Regulatory Expertise: Advanced understanding of Kerala Shops laws
Payroll Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HRIS, SAP HCM, or specialized
Numerical Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail to eliminate salary discrepancies.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration (MBA HR preferred).
Experience: Typically 3–5 years of core payroll experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
