What You Will Do
Track and manage sales enquiries, leads, opportunities, and upcoming closures.
Coordinate with clients, Sales Representatives, and Account Managers on sales updates and potential prospects.
Ensure sales activities and operations follow internal approval processes and procedures.
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and documentation.
Prepare and submit regular monthly sales and revenue reports within timelines.
Support the sales team with coordination, documentation, and other sales-related activities.
Identify and utilize potential business opportunities to support revenue growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Positive communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Basic understanding of sales processes, lead management, and reporting
.
Candidates with knowledge of
IT hardware will be preferred.
