Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day hostel operations and ensure discipline among students.
Monitor student attendance, in-time/out-time records, and hostel occupancy.
Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of hostel residents.
Coordinate with wardens, security personnel, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Handle student grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters.
Conduct regular hostel inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Enforce hostel rules, regulations, and institutional policies.
Coordinate with parents, faculty members, and institutional authorities when required.
Maintain hostel registers, reports, incident records,



and other documentation.

Qualifications
Any Degree with previous hostel administration in Engineering College, Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen/Retired Police Personnel
Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle student discipline and administrative responsibilities effectively.
Willingness to stay on campus.

Positive problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage staff and coordinate with multiple departments.
