About the Role

Sara Infotech is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our recruitment team. The intern will gain practical experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with offer, documentation, and joining follow-ups.
Support the recruitment team in daily HR activities.
Meet assigned sourcing and recruitment targets.

Requirements
Fresh graduates from any discipline can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Comfortable communicating with candidates over phone and WhatsApp.
Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.




Self-motivated and able to work independently while working from home.
