Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable HR Trainer / Faculty to train students in Human Resource Management and practical HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Teach HRM concepts and functions.
Provide training in recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
Explain payroll basics, HR documentation, and employee management.
Teach labour laws and statutory compliance.
Prepare training materials and conduct assessments.
Guide students in HR interview preparation and career development.

Requirements:
MBA in HR or a relevant qualification in Human Resource Management.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Solid knowledge of HR concepts and practices.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Ability to explain concepts clearly.
Positive classroom management and mentoring skills.
