Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for an internship/entry level opportunity in our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting, working alongside senior professionals in a agile and fast-paced environment.

This internship offers an opportunity for conversion to a full-time role based on performance, learning progress, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
Help manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
Perform variance analysis to identify financial trends and deviations and provide actionable insights.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Help ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.




Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required by senior analysts and finance teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Candidates must have completed their degree. Students currently pursuing their degree are not eligible.
Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, NetSuite, or MS Dynamics is a plus.
Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Previous internship experience in accounting or finance is a plus but not mandatory.
