Job Summary

Wellflare Agro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build solid client relationships, and drive sales growth in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG market.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, dealers, and potential clients.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and market reach.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on business development activities.




Follow up with existing clients to maintain long-term business relationships.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits, if required.
