Job Title: HR Manager (Sales)
Handle hiring, offer/appointment letters, joining formalities and employee records.
Manage attendance, leave and payroll for a 50-member sales team, including incentives, deductions and reimbursements.
Check monthly travel claims, market attendance and outlet visits. Speak with employees about discrepancies and coordinate corrections with sales managers.
Maintain employee compliance records (PF/ESI details, salary and attendance records, wherever applicable) and coordinate with accounts/consultants.
Handle employee queries, and concerns.
Manage Full & Final settlements.
Prepare monthly HR MIS reports.
Requirements: Practical HR experience, positive Excel and communication skills are must. Experience handling field sales teams is must. Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
