Manage employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with Employees' State Insurance and Employees' Provident Fund regulations.
Register eligible employees under ESI and generate insurance numbers.
Handle PF registration and generate UAN for employees.
Process monthly payroll with accurate ESI & PF deductions.
File monthly returns through Employees' State Insurance Corporation and Employees' Provident Fund Organisation portals.
Ensure timely deposit of employer and employee contributions.
Maintain statutory records and documents for audits and inspections.
Assist employees with ESI claims, PF withdrawals, and transfers.
Stay updated with labor laws and handle compliance-related queries.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
