Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Explain insurance products, features, and perks clearly.
Generate sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
Build positive customer relationships and address queries professionally.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Prior experience in telesales, insurance sales, or direct sales is preferred.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary & Perks
Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month.
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month.
Indicative Salary Range: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month.
