We are looking for a Financial Controller to oversee financial accounting, reporting, controls, budgeting, and compliance for an engineering/MEP business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS.
Oversee GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Monitor project-wise financial performance, costs, margins, and cash flows.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure proper accounting controls and compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
Monitor receivables, payables, working capital, and cash flow.
Review project costing, revenue recognition, and financial performance.




Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management reports.
Support management in financial analysis and business decision-making.
Lead and guide the finance/accounting team.

Candidate Requirements
CA qualification is mandatory.
5 + years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Candidates from MEP, Engineering, EPC, Construction, or related project-based industries preferred.
Solid experience in financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial controls.
Good understanding of project accounting and cost management.
Solid knowledge of ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently in an international/project setting.
