Key Responsibilities
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and daily accounting entries.
Verify pricing, quantities, taxes, and discounts before billing.
Maintain ledgers, journals, and financial records.
Handle AP/AR, cash, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain stock records for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Track daily production and material/consumable consumption.
Identify and report production and material usage variances.
Assist in COGS calculation, product costing, and margin analysis.




Coordinate with production and store teams for daily data accuracy.
Support monthly closing and audit activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Robust working knowledge of Tally & MS Excel.
Basic understanding of accounting, COGS, inventory, and costing.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
