: Influencer Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a energetic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility and collaborations for SHRD. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of influencer trends, social media platforms, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, connect, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms

Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals

Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and agencies

Track campaign performance, ROI, and engagement metrics

Negotiate deals, manage budgets, and ensure timely deliverables

Stay updated with social media trends and viral content strategies

Requirements:





Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms

Experience in beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands (preferred)

Creative mindset with a sense of trends and aesthetics

Bonus Points:

Existing network of influencers

Experience in scaling brand campaigns

Positive on-camera confidence / presentable personality (for brand representation if needed)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
