Project Manager – HVAC

Location: Mumbai & Multiple Locations

Experience: 10–15 Years overall, with a minimum of 3 years in HVAC

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute single or multiple HVAC projects from start to final handover.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMCs, and other stakeholders for smooth and timely execution.
Ensure proper HVAC technical execution, quality, and safety standards.
Manage site resources, including engineers, labour contractors, and inventory.
Monitor project billing, payment collections, costs, and project P&L.;
Identify project challenges and implement effective solutions.
Keep clients and management informed about critical project issues.
Ensure timely project completion, handover, and final closure.
Guide and train junior/site engineers.

Key Requirement: Solid technical knowledge of HVAC with hands-on experience in HVAC project execution and project management. Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
