Key Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts, space plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare detailed drawings, including furniture layouts, false ceiling plans, flooring layouts, electrical layouts, and interior elevations.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and colour schemes.
Conduct site visits to monitor execution and ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and applicable building regulations.
Monitor project progress, material quality, and interior finishing work.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, cost estimates, and design presentations.
Review contractor drawings and resolve design-related issues at the site.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material selection, procurement, and installation.
Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings,



revisions, approvals, and project records.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
Relevant experience in interior design and execution, preferably with a real estate developer or construction company.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or other relevant design software.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, space planning, and interior execution.
Solid coordination, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in residential, commercial, show flat, sample flat, or sales office interior projects.
Robust understanding of construction drawings and designs
Ability to coordinate with internal departments and external consultants.
Creative mindset with robust attention to detail.
