Quantity Surveyor (QS) Railway Projects

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with solid experience in Railway Projects to join our project team at Raichur.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates and rate analysis.
Handle measurements, RA Bills, client billing and subcontractor billing.
Verify quantities as per drawings, BOQ and site execution.
Prepare quantity reconciliation and variation statements.
Coordinate with Site, Planning, Execution and Billing teams.
Monitor project quantities, extra items and deviations.
Maintain proper QS and billing documentation.

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering.
4 to 6 years of overall experience in Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Railway Projects is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of BOQ, Billing, Estimation, Quantity Take-off and Rate Analysis.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
Candidates with infrastructure/railway construction experience preferred.
