Role Overview

Accenture is hiring Customer Support Associates with solid experience in International Voice Process to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, provide accurate information, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, strong customer-handling ability, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant International Voice Process experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through International Voice Process.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during every interaction.
Handle customer complaints, requests, and escalations effectively.
Follow defined process guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Meet defined quality, productivity, AHT, CSAT and other process KPIs.
Coordinate with internal teams wherever required to resolve customer issues.




Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and process standards.

Mandatory Requirements
1–3 years of total experience.
Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience is mandatory.
Excellent English communication and verbal communication skills.
Solid customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a voice-based customer support workplace.
Candidates should be comfortable working from the respective office location.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on business requirements.
Candidates should be comfortable with Work from Office.
Location Preference: Candidates residing within approximately 30 km of the respective office location are preferred.
Location preference applies to both: Gurugram – Sector 21, Bengaluru

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month

Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
