: HR Executive – FMCG
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace issues.
Coordinate training, performance reviews, and HR policies.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
Support daily HR operations and workforce management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
Experience in HR, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Positive communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labour compliance Experience:
1–3 years preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
