Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with potential customers through calls and messages.
Handle incoming leads and understand customer requirements.
Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
Maintain customer information and update lead status regularly.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth sales operations.
Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.

Requirements
Any degree.




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Malayalam, Tamil, and English.
Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow up consistently.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
