We are looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves visiting potential customers/locations, generating new leads, following up with prospects, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned locations and potential customers to generate business opportunities.
Identify and generate current leads through field visits, references, networking, and other channels.
Follow up with leads and understand customer requirements.
Present and explain our products/services to prospective customers.
Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.

Requirements
0–2 years of sales experience; freshers with good communication and a sales mindset are welcome.




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field sales and regular travel within Bhopal/Indore.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in meeting customers.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and CRM/sales reporting tools.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
